Our children have thoroughly enjoyed their days out at Banham Zoo and Thrigby Hall. The EcoTech Centre - A scientific day out finding out about renewable energy (with an energetic climb to the top of the turbine.) Explore Norfolk's quiet, safe country lanes (few hills!) following one of many documented circular routes or ride off-track in Thetford Forest. Dinosaur Adventure ..... Jurassic Park in Norfolk - a big hit with our children! Take in the unspoilt countryside on foot. There are many scenic and historic documented trails to follow.
Norwich Cathedral - an architectural masterpiece. The Village Experience - enjoy the country life setting, fairground rides or get locked in the stocks! The Otter Trust - see the otters as they are nurtured carefully back into the wild. Bressingham, North Norfolk Railway, Bure Valley Railway to name but a few! Many local museums show passenger and military aircraft from days gone by.

There are many working windmills in this area. For visiting team's supporters, Norwich City FC is 10 miles away. Whether you are participating or spectating - Snetterton is just 20 minutes away. See the seals taking a boat trip from Blakeney on the North Norfolk coast (check tide times.) Visit Sandringham or many other National Trust / English Heritage properties in Norfolk.
